Hi, I’m Claiborne Bunch
I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. After graduating with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Mass Communications, I knew I wanted to take what I had learned and turn it into a career that felt creative, exciting, and true to me. That journey eventually brought me to Charleston and ultimately to entrepreneurship.
After interning for several PR firms, both big and small, figuring out exactly where I wanted my career to take me, one thing became clear: I wanted to build something of my own.
With more than three years of experience in social media, marketing, and public relations, I’ve fallen in love with helping brands find their voice, tell their story, and create a presence that people genuinely want to connect with. I’ve always adored the creative side of social media, but I love the strategy behind it just as much.
That passion inspired me to take a leap and create Claiborne & Co., a place where I can combine creativity, strategy, and connection to help businesses show up confidently and authentically.
Off the Clock
When I’m not creating content or brainstorming my next big idea, you can usually find me exploring Charleston, on the water, trying a new restaurant or coffee shop, traveling somewhere new, keeping up with the latest fashion and lifestyle trends, or spending time with the people I love.
I’m endlessly inspired by beautiful branding, Southern hospitality, small businesses, fashion, travel, food, and all the little details that make a brand, or a place, feel memorable. I especially love discovering local businesses and finding creative ways to share what makes them special.
At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about people and connection. Whether I’m meeting a new business owner, creating a campaign, or helping a brand finally feel like itself online, building genuine relationships is my favorite part of working in marketing.
